MEET STEVE LUDWIG

Steve is a dynamic leader who guided public service teams for over twenty-five years. Beginning his career as a front-line employee, Steve has navigated a career filled with learning, personal growth, wisdom, and change. Along with the technical and leadership knowledge necessary to perform public service, Steve is passionate about the human experience, and how we perform (or fail to perform) as individuals and as a team. His private consulting company provides leadership and team training, as well as other services. Steve is a past president of the Illinois Arborist Association, winner of the American Public Works Association Donald C. Stone Award for Excellence in Education, and the facilitator/administrator of several American Public Works Association programs, including the Ohio Public Service Institute and the Michigan and Illinois Roads Scholar Training Programs.
